Can I get a refund due to the bad weather?
We can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
If event organisers make any changes to your event's status, we will update the event page and email you to let you know.
If you haven't received an email from us and the event page hasn't been updated, then the event is still taking place and no refunds are available.
